Misrepresentation of listing

I recently stayed at a rental in Summerville, NC hosted by Lacey. This place was disgusting!! Stained walls, food on carpets, bugs in one room etc.. could only stay one night and found a nice clean elsewhere. This person should not be allowed to host. 
 I sent pics and descriptions to Airbnb and they would not refund the nights I did not stay!

I did! Although the host was very rude and uncooperative, Airbnb resolved my issue. I will continue to use Airbnb for my travel.Thanks for asking!
