Monthly rental not showing up

I want to rent out my place for 1 month +.  When I search for monthly rentals in my area,  my rental does not show up as an option. How do I make it so that my rental shows up on searches as being available for  monthly rent?

I just began listing and have booked a 31 day stay and 57 day stay.  With my limited knowledge I believe if you don't limit the number of days guests are able to book you are offering potential long term stays.  Double check your settings for minimum and maximum stays.  Also check that your calendar is wide open.
