We have a guest that reserved our home with 8 people listed on the reservation. There are at least 11 people staying on the property. This is the first time we have had this experience. Any advice on how to address this with the guest?
@Russell377 I would
1) Say and do nothing while the guest is there unless damage is being caused.
2) Write an honest review explaining what they did as soon as they leave the property
3) Hope they write a review for you before 14 days is up
4) Claim extra guest fees (if these exist in your listing) once the reviews are in.
Any earlier action guarantees a bad review for you. If you report a party your listing will, according to other experiences, get suspended.
