Multiple profiles?

I'm not sure if anybody else is ever encountered it but twice now I think yes to my home who claimed to be on Airbnb for years but what I looked at their profile it said they were new to it now when young lady from the Philippines she said she wasn't sure if when she came to the state she couldn't reach her password and all of that she had changed her payment resources so she said it made sense just to make a new account now that she was here in the States but I have a current guest that upon trying to book she wasn't able to and I had called Airbnb and they said the problem was with her not with me and she had to call well she said she stayed in three or four different bees yet but yet she had no reviews on her profile? I'm all new to all of this and something tells me this should have been a red flag for me and it will be going forward but I think she created a new account because it's maybe what's in Past reviews may have said and now I personally know what they may have said let's just put it that way. Has anybody else been encountering guests who have said they've been using Airbnb for years now but yet no reviews and their profile does not state that? Is Airbnb not scrubbing their list I mean you got to take a picture of yourself so you would think their technology would realize hey you already have a profile and we're not making another one for you but that does not seem to be the case so it seems as a host that are guarantee of guest being verified might not be actually true that we are not actually seeing the whole picture and ultimately we are left to pay the price when things go wrong as we also know that Airbnb protects and serves the guests not the host. Has anybody else encountered this at all?

I do review reviews and profiles but that is only 1 piece  I ave had great first tine Guests and absolutely worst experiences sometimes with established Guests

If you are new es Scammers cab target you.  Or if a bad review or a slump in traffic.  You have to create a good atmosphere but also says my atmosphere.

Communication especially home sharing is crucial.

I usually have request to book setting.  So I can check that skill.  On the platform I will ask questions, highlight good and bad things just a conversation.  I don't expect immediate responses but reasonable for the situation  Rent tomorrow or ren next month.

Why do you need a rental?  I have an usual market so if the why is not my usual.  Probably not a good idea.  I usually do wok related longer stays.  I said yes to lie a 3 day stay because he was a Host too  Last year all my 5 stars and his 3 star for 3 days.  Haha

Also when you home share, I always talk to Guests about estimated schedules.  Its not all about I will be quiet.  At midnight quiet is a lot different than 6pm.

You have to vet whom you rent to there is no simple check box answer.
