My AirBnb Settlement is not showing in the actual payment

I understand there are AirBnB Canada settlement credits available the first time you booked after the settlement.

as I was sellecting locations the settlement value was reflected.

When I actually selected a location, the settlement value did not reflect the amount.

 

What is the process of getting these credits back for my current bookings?
