My guest made a costly mistake...

I had a guest who gave me 5 stars on EVERYTHING but made a mistake and left a 1 star overall. She has apologized and tried to change it but airbnb says once entered it can't be changed. Super frustrating. Anyone else have this happen?

Yes this has happened to other Hosts. She can contact Airbnb and have them remove her review, but she can't change it.

I asked her to contact airbnb to remove the review. Nothing yet. 

It's a shame they can't allow her to revise the review considering it was an obvious mistake.
