My guests won't leave

my guests have been at my house since last Saturday. today is checkout and they didn't ask to extend, they are 2.5 hours past checkout time and will not answer the phone, text messages or airbnb messages. now what? 

this is in lake havasu Arizona

Maybe go to the house (if possible) and if the guests are OK, instruct them to leave asap ?

How far away are you or your housekeeper? Who can knock on the door for you - do you know for sure they’re definitely still there?
