My last guest didn't show up

Does anyone one experience this situation, 

My cleaner arrived to clean mi Airbnb rental yesterday at 11 Am and notes no one has been in the house, of course I sent all the check in/out info, welcome message etc, and no reply, I paid my cleaner 50% for her time, Airbnb sent me the payment as usually still in process, what should I do in this case?

Hello @Martha1319 

How long is the stay for?  If it's for a few days, then you can expect the guest to show up any time before the end of the stay.

Personally, I would contact Airbnb so that it shows that your guest didn't show up on the check-in day so that there is a record if you have to dispute an unfair review as the guest will still be asked to review you and their stay!

Have you tried phoning them?  You never know, they may not have turned on their Airbnb notifications or got their dates mixed up?

Hi, she booked from April 9th to April 13th she asked permission to meet with siblings to celebrate her mother's birthday on Sunday April 12th, 

Airbnb asking me to review her stay?

Yes, I did, they said not to worry about, if they don't show up no replies my message and no cancel, I hope they are ok and make it in the future!
