I had an issue with guests after neighbors called me that they can not sleep for two nights.
I came to the apartment and saw a total mess , 100 bottles everywhere they where throwing eggs around the apartment it was a total disaster .
I called airbnb and asked if we can cancle the booking they did and guests left three days before.
Even oven was on for two days I was worried what can they do if we let tham
stay . They were rude and un polite.
After a week my listing is suspended I am devastided I do not know what to do and I can not get anyone from airbnb to speek with me.
I have 500great reivews and they have none this is crazy do we really have to let the guests trash our apartemnts, plese help

Yes all is well my listing is activated after two days.
But the whole story short it was so disappointing to find out how un unimportant as hosts we are.
No one to reach out only machines so devstating experince where while going trough all the other people experience I was so worried that whole my busines that I am building for 10 years can desapire.

I can understand your feeling that AirBnB doesn't care about the hosts. With my current issue of not getting notifications suddenly on my phone, I missed a booking that would have been for a month. I know that in the past, as a host, if one doesn't answer in time or — the one time, an irate guest left because he didn't like the city's Covid restrictions and he wanted a refund and he was so aggro, AirBnB did not respond, did not respond, and eventually the man was so aggro, I agreed. AirBnB gave no support on that. On the other hand, when it works smoothly, it's great.

Wishing you luck I am sure at the and it will be ok but now you are taking to machines so that is so frustrating you have to wait and someone will call you after they evaluate everything 🤞🤞
I literally went ill.
Left a review for guests not sure if they can do the same as booking was canceled during their stay.
I do not care any more I just want to forget the whole thing and hope for better and nicer guests.
Aslo with Aribnb I am
worried if I ever will have the same toughts about it after this experience.
I felt so small and unimportant.

I have the same issue. Guest is still in my apartment and I can’t get them out.
It is a newly renovated apartment and when I went to do a maintenance check I could see the guest was damaging it. I notified airbnb and they suspended my listing.
so I’m stuck with guest, a suspended listing and no word from airbnb
