I have one bed room apartment with a living room ,bathroom and kitchen in a building. I am renting  the whole apartment access to the building facilities like the pool and the gym etc. How can describe my place?

@Abdulla292 and @Patricia2526   Important Note -- be sure to include a statement in your listing description or rules that says that you, the host, are not responsible for building maintenance of amenities -- that way you cannot be penalized if the building closes the pool, removes access to the fitness center, etc.

Yes, we provide proper disclosure that common areas such as the hallways, pool, playground, and gym are maintained by the HOA or building administration.
