My reservation was cancelled by the host, but I didn't get a refund

On April 18th, we made a €315 reservation with a host named Snezana, but the host cancelled the booking as soon as the booking was made and the money was debited from my account. No refund has been issued even after 25 days

I would give Airbnb a call to see where things are at.  You can also check if there is any information showing under your reservation number with this host.

A code was not given because the reservation was canceled directly, I called airbnb but I could not reach it, as a result of my correspondence, you could only reach the refund code, but in my conversation with the bank, I was told that there was no such refund
