NYC Host Registration Approved but calendar still requires 30 minimum

I finally got my registration number and have uploaded it to my account. I am able to change my availability setting to 2 day minimum, but for some reason the front facing calendar on the reservation page is still requiring a 30 day minimum. I informed Airbnb about this a week ago and the issue has still yet to be resolved. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Renato, Yes I just did a quick look on your profile and when I put a date in it tells me there is a 30 night minimum booking window.

It's Airbnb that controls the booking window not NYC council so, a couple of points.

1/........Silly question but have you passed on your registration approval from the OSE to Airbnb.

2/........Have you checked to see if your listing is on the 'prohibited buildings' list. I have heard that there is not an automated linkage within the OSE to both!

A bit off topic Renato but how have you found enquiries since Local Law 18 came into enforcement on September 5th. We understand it shut down about 1/3 of NYC short term rentals. How is the city coping with that?

Cheers.......Rob

I had the same problem and it took Airbnb five days to remove the 30-day restriction.  It's a glitch in their system apparently.
