Need my gift card balance

My account has been flagged and I think will be suspended but I just cashed an airbnb gift card to send my girlfriend on a trip with her friends. If I cannot use airbnb, I need the gift card balance, so she can create an Airbnb account and book the trip herself. Please help!!!
