Need to cancel booking

The booking was made for 5 nights, guest stayed 1 night said the place was to small for them, there fault for not looking correctly at the size, I would like to refund them for 2 days please

Hi @Carey70 

Tell guest to go to TRIPS-> Choose the booking-> click on Change or Cancel, Click on CANCEL.

Please do not initiate this yourself, as you will have a penalty and the dates will  be blocked.

If the guest has any questions, tell THEM to contact airbnb via the Phone.
