New first guest ever

Hi everyone,

I’m  completely new to hosting and only decided  a couple of days ago to become an Airbnb host! So there has been so much to fill out and now I have my first guests coming on Friday afternoon.

Could anyone advise me of what I need to say in my first message to the guests?

I haven’t done the house manual yet. Does that matter and what is it for?  it may seem obvious to lots and lots of you, but if you could also let me know what to put in that would be ever so helpful.

@Hat701 I would just thank them for their booking and then give them some directions and ask what time they plan to arrive (perhaps reminding them of the check in times)
