New to hosting in Dorset

Hello everyone, I’m thinking about hosting my spare room. As a female living alone I would only want females staying, anyone else in this situation and if so any tips to get me started?  Thank you so much x

@Jackie789 For home shares Airbnb allows hosts to specify the gender of the people they are willing to host.
