No Bookings

I have been hosting for 7 years I’m a super host and a guest favorite. I literally have no bookings from Airbnb for the very first time. I also have a new home new listing with zero bookings . What is going on? I’ve looked at my prices and they are competitive with other homes in my area. We are also unique in the fact we are on 40 acres 5 minutes from everything in town. New listings often get more views and bookings initially due to Airbnb's algorithm favoring fresh properties to keep things exciting for guests. To stay competitive, your listing should be optimized in every way, from pricing to visuals to the overall guest experience.

It might be time to revisit not just your pricing but also your photos, title, and description to ensure they’re working harder to attract guests. Small adjustments can make a big difference!
