The last two reviews are from last year and made your Overall Review Rating fall below the preferred 4.8 which effects Airbnb Search Display. Which caused low conversions so now your listing is also lo traffic.

You want future guests to know fixed but in a positive way. Like 2 complaints about accessing rooftop. Say something positive creative ideas have made the beautiful private rooftop terrace area a comfortable area to enjoy during your stay.
You have enough positive reviews that you don't need to give details.
Update your listing regularly. Airbnb Search looks if Host active.
Use Airbnb Custom Discounts, you discount select days 20% Airbnb will market Sale Days.
You might want to consider turning on Instabook temporary. This will give you a boost on display position.
