No WiFi from beginning our stay

No WiFi from beginning our stay. Already 3 days without any no help. 

But hours and hours of chatting and phoning to the company to aske them to fix this problem. Still without solution

There's a handy article here about what to do if something goes wrong during your stay.

 

Have you tried asking the Host to help fix the issue?  If so, and that's not worked, have you contacted Airbnb to let them know something has gone wrong?

@Joël192 if wifi is essential to you then you should ask Airbnb to shorten your stay and find somewhere else.

I don't know what country you are in but in England 3 days to fix an internet issue is not uncommon.
