Maybe have some more patience, the listing is new.

And a lot of other listings in Calangute.

Look at the statistics (insights): amount of viewings.

One remark: listing says 4 guests, but only 1 bedroom with 1 (double) bed mentioned 

Foto shows the sofa can be turned into second double bed, so add this to the listing.
