This is with utter disgust that, I booked an Airbnb in Canada for a week and cancelled it due to personal reasons. Now, my cancellation was within the stipulated time and I was supposed to get my refund 2 weeks ago and since then, I have made 100 calls to Airbnb, more than 500 messages to the support platform and like others even my case gets closed 5-10 minutes after the call gets over.
Everytime a new person comes to solve the issue, asks me the same repetitive story and being clueless disconnects the call saying - I will connect you to the right person and that never happens.
I am tired of following up with Airbnb. What do I do? I need my money back.
This was my first ever experience with Airbnb and surely the last, I am never gonna think of using their services ever again.
