No refund

Airbnb cancelled my reservation. No refund was sent. They charged me for the cancelled reservation.

Why did Airbnb cancel your booking. @Rebeca272 ? 

was it because you chose a split payment and your second payment didn't go through ? M

we are a community of hosts and guests so can't help with payment issues you would need to call Airbnb.

The host did not meet me and did not check me in. So Airbnb cancelled the reservation. I did not get a refund for the cancelled reservation.
