No reservations for a long time!! Yes, I understand that the damned war has made things bad, but are there people looking for housing or is there something wrong with me on the airbnb advertising site and visitors cannot find my apartment? Is there any advice for me to get some guests?

You could also request a Listing Critique here on the community so that other Hosts can see your listing clearly to share their thoughts.

Airbnb is a channel for short term lets normally holiday visitor or other travellers @Ghassan6. As you say it's unlikely to be many looking at the moment because of the war. 

if there are people looking for housing in your location you'd be better looking at whatever channels locals use when looking for rentals .
