I'm currently hosting several properties on Airbnb, and I'm facing a frustrating issue. For the past few months, I’ve received very few or even zero bookings — in some months, I get no guests at all.
Even when I do get bookings, guests rarely leave reviews, which makes it harder to build credibility and attract new bookings. Here's what I've tried so far:
I’m using Smart Pricing
I’ve applied big discounts and special offers
I have high-quality professional photos
My listings are fully optimized with detailed descriptions
Still, my listings don’t appear to be getting much attention.
I'm wondering what else I can do to increase visibility, get more reviews, and improve my performance on the platform.
Have any of you faced similar problems? Any suggestions would be truly appreciated!
