Not able to publish my listing

Hi I am not able publish my listing, app is asking to set routing rules going to payout methods and I do not find that option under payout.  I have added a account under payout Still not able to publish

The option to set payout routing rules is not available in the app:

Split my payouts between different payout methods

So visit the website and try to correct.
