Firstly, welcome to the Airbnb community. I have been looking at all your listings and they all look neat and tidy and your check in times are generous. Congratulations on your good reviews also. Iโm not sure if you are trying to attract tourists or students or longer term tennants so Iโll comment in a general manner.
I will offer some of my views which may be helpful to you and may not apply to all your listings but Iโm going to be fairly general.
I see in the photos with the mounted tv the area underneath looks quite bare. Maybe put a small piece of furniture, either functional or decorative underneath to fill that space. Also a floor rug here and there on plain floors looks nice.
For the photos, maybe remove the rubbish bin from view.
In some listings there are no side tables beside the bed. Better to have these rather than the lounge chair. Could the single lounge chair go somewhere else?
4 pillows on the big beds is better than two, some guests like to use more than one to sleep or sit up in bed.
I saw a lounge in a couple of the listings. Some cushions would go well there.
If money is tight, I just buy a couple of things at a time when I can afford them.
I see you have no smoke alarms. Is there any in the hallway outside? Something to consider.
Is there a shared kitchen for guests use? If not, assure visitors thereโs eateries in close proximity to your listings.
It takes time to build a business, a couple of other suggestions to attract bookings is do some special price offers to give bookings a boost, and a basket of snacks/treats/drinks is always a magnet. Guests love those little touches.
