Not getting the cleaning and linen fee charged on bookings

I have had two bookings now and both don't have the cleaning fee or the linen fee charged. Just the rate less the discount and the admin fee.

You need to set your own cleaning fee and any additional charges for your listing. As a host, you have full control over how much to charge based on your actual cleaning costs, property size, and the level of service you provide.

On the Airbnb Website (Desktop)

1. Go to Host > Listings and select the listing you want to update.
2. Click Pricing and Availability (or sometimes just Pricing).
3. Scroll to Fees or Additional charges.
4. Look for Cleaning fee and enter the amount you want to charge.
5. Save your changes.

On the Airbnb App (Mobile)

1. Open the Airbnb app and tap Host > Listings.
2. Select your listing and tap Pricing.
3. Tap Cleaning fee under the Additional charges section.
4. Enter your desired fee and tap Save.

@Patricia2526 I have done that. That's why I am frustrated as it is not being charged when I look at the bookings.

Airbnb spreads the cleaning fee across the total price per night when displaying the breakdown to guests.

is this new as it always used to appear under show reservation details.

My cleaning fee still shows separately under "guest paid" and under  "host payout" on the reservation @Zelda38 

But there have been people here saying that they're seeing different financial details on their reservations now as @Patricia2526 says. 

I just find it strange as it can't be a regional thing - I'm near you. 

I also can't  think why Airbnb would stop displaying the cleaning fee to the host.

If you want hosts here to help you try to figure it out, you could post screenshots of where it's missinlg on the booking (just crop out personal details) and of the screen where you entered the cleaning fee.

You're not using property management software as well, are you?
