Not getting your refund it was canceled the next day well in advance and it wasn’t even me somebody signed onto my Facebook

 Airbnb owes me over $279 - I have spoken to every single person. I’ve been on the phone with them for five hours. I have multiple sclerosis and lupus and disability and a fixed income. The Airbnb was booked for the same town that I lived in right down the street so it doesn’t even make sense. The person was on the phone with me telling me that they were gonna escalate it first telling me that they needed to do it by email, and then closing it out and telling me they needed to do it by the app. Give me the runaround all day And only refunded me $51. They have literally stolen money from me put me into a negative balance balance to where I am having money drafted from my account $34 every single day from Chase and this isn’t even something that I charged and whoever did it canceled it within 24 hours so even if I was the one who made it It was still canceled within the amount of time for it to have been refunded ~ Airbnb has stolen over $279 from me a widowed disabled woman I am so floored I can’t even be upset. I am so hurt that somebody would do this. And they even had the nerve to call me and tell me that they really cared and they were gonna escalate it. They just lied to me.  I would’ve preferred them told me to go to hell then to lied and the worst part is I didn’t even make the reservations and nobody even stayed there and they’re just pocketing the money Wood terrible terrible company. I hope they sleep well at night because I won’t be able to cause I don’t have any money. I am negative in my account. I will be filing a police report filing something with the Better Business Bureau and everybody else that I can make sure they don’t do this to anybody else. Especially vulnerable people. To boot, it wasn’t even made under my legal name. if they did give me $51 thanks it might as well been a slap in the face  …. don’t ever book with these people or with Airbnb
