Notify potential guests about music festival

Our apartment is 20 feet from the main stage of a music festival in July. We anticipate people will want to stay there to attend the festival and might enjoy, but we also need to warn them that they will  hear the music. Is there a way to mark part of the calendar and notify potential guests of that before they book?

We find it works best in the description…ie.. Less than 20’ from Coachella stage ( for example) …

We have a major festival steps from our place and are 5 minutes from a major sports/concert venue….

We change our #1 profile pix and add a line to our description, accordingly..  based upon the event, we also change our title…

we always always mention in our confirmation email. ….Expect, a lot of boisterous noise, music, celebration, as our locals love to celebrate the victory, etc, etc…..

@Matthew1897 firstly raise your rates by a lot as I am sure this will be a popular time of year. There is nothing you can do automatically for a period of time in July but you can send messages to people when they book explaining the situation and offering a free cancellation if it is a problem. This will be in addition to anything in your description so should cover all the bases.
