I'm managing an airbnb after registering it in October '24. I'm getting good response and happy to find my property as guest's favourite. Initially I didn't inform building flat owners as we don't have much acquaintance with them.
But for last 1 month I'm facing extreme non-cooperation on the part of my flat owners, residing in the same standalone building.
They are trying to stop this venture and harassing me as well as my guests every now and then. They are addressing Airbnb as an illegal and unacceptable business. The building security, appointed by them, forcibly asked my guests the place at late night. I had to comit that I will stop this venture, in front of them and only then they let my guest stay for that night.
Kindly suggest me how to cope up with the problem
