Offsite board meeting?

Is it possible to rent an AirBnB for an offsite  meeting for a nonprofit board of directors? It would be 10 people from a well respected organization looking for a change of atmosphere to do strategic planning and share a catered meal. NOT a party.

@Heather1918 I suggest you or the person enquiring to message the owner of accommodation stating your or their outline of what you or them want to do. 

The owner will make that decision, whether you or hosts charged for your stayfora day, overnight stay or a number of nights.

Insurance is the question I would be considering. As in your private insurance and rules what do they cover?

If all ten people are staying there's no problem making the booking. If not just look for a venue that offers day hire with catering @Heather1918
