We have 790 mostly 5 star reviews with an overall rating of 4.96. We recently had the guest from hell stay with an unauthorised car and guests. The guest communication was poor from the start. We checked the camera's following complaints from neighbours regarding parking. The guest refused to move the second vehicle and declined our requests for extra payment. We were given a 1 star review because the guest was uncomfortable with our external CCTV. We have called and emailed Airbnb many times over the past 2 weeks as the review was obviously retaliatory. The review stands. Airbnb refuses to remove the review. We don't feel supported.
