Outsourcing customer service is hurting my listing. They are not knowledgeable in the local laws and can't fix my listing

I am pleading with someone who can help. I am at the end of my patience. Please someone who can provide me with USA customer service person phone number, I would greatly appreciate it. I am dealing with customer service for over 2 weeks now and no help and no understanding. I urgently need to speak with some one from SF office or local person who can HELP!!! Please anyone HELP!!! Very concern super host for 15 years in business with Airbnb.

Hi @Emilie . As of today after soooo many conversations and emails explanation reasoning, facts provided Nothing has been fixed nor any of customer service willing to help or understand the scop5of the issue they are causing my their lock of local laws and rules and regulations. Moreover, they have no idea even terminology I'm using to explain the route of the problem and that is really frustrating and costing me and your company huge loss of revenue. I'm at the point of no return and currently thinking of file a lawsuit against airbnb for all the loss of revenue they're causing me and not fixing the issue. Thank you for responding though, I appreciate it but as of yesterday absolutely ZERO UNDERSTANDING OF THE ISSUE AT HAND.
