PIN number unable to be read

I am having the same problem with a gift card. I have spoken to 6 different customer service people who just give me the runaround. but Im not giving up.

So far they have claimed that the gift card was already redeemed (NOT SO) and its Pavilion's problem, where it was purchased from. Very disappointed in Airbnbs customer service.

Others have complained about the same thing....

Airbnb's Help Article says you can contact them for help, so I would quote the article and the link below:

We’ve all been there—in the excitement of redeeming a gift card, we scratch off a bit of the PIN. If your Airbnb card’s PIN is scratched off (or otherwise illegible), contact us for help. Keep this information handy when requesting support:

• The full card number
• Readable parts of PIN
• The receipt from the original purchase

In some cases, Airbnb can issue a replacement, even if you can’t read the PIN on your gift card."

I did upload a photo of the card which includes the full card number, the semi readable pin and a receipt from where it was purchased.

I got kicked up to another customer service rep and will send him a copy of what you sent me to help with the case.
