Pay outside Airbnb

I have a villa in Bali. I get many enquiries to come and view my villa. A couple of times I have allowed it but they only want to bargain the price and try to pay me direct which I will not do. What is the best way to stop this nonsense?

I am not sure why you would agree to do this in the first place ?

The best way to stop it, is to remind guests it's against Airbnb's T&C's to share contact information  before a booking is confirmed and that all the information they need to decide whether to book is on your listing @Craig987

@Craig987  I don't live local to my spaces so it's an easy reply that it's not possible to show the space.  Being against Air policy and pretty much booked it's an easy no.
