I've made a booking in April paid and received by Airbnb
I then changed cards because I had lost my card that I previously made the booking with, now I'm payment is stuck on pending with my bank. I contacted the bank and all they need is an Authorisation from them to process the payment but they are dragging this and try to debit my account again which is an inconvenience because the funds aren't readily available immediately
They take time to respond to me and this is now frustrating
