Payout issue, the guests stayed 14 days and Airbnb cancelled the booking and reversed my payout.

Good afternoon, 

I am having issues with a payout, Airbnb canceled the reservation after 4 guests stayed at my property for 2 weeks and reversed a payout of -$1471.91. The guests are still at my property, supposedly checking out on Monday 20 November. I called Customer Support and they said they don't have any idea what was going on. Airbnb canceled the reservation this morning around 4 am and left my calendar fully open, with the guests still at the house, so it could lead to an overbooking. They also canceled the guest's account so the guest has no more access to Airbnb. Extremely strange situation. Please I really need help, reservation **

Hi Breanna, they keep calling me, different people several times, I received like 8 calls and every time they ask me what happened and none of them take any action to pay me back the payout of $1471.79

It has been one week now. I also communicate via support messages and keep explaining the situation all over and over again and all they say is I deeply apologize for the inconvenience. But they NEVER take action and pay me for the 14 days that the guest stayed.

The guest checked out Monday 20 as expected. No issues with guest.

Using my host services by putting a guest in my property, paying me for the services and 14 days later chargeback my payout after services were rendered, in the US is FRAUD and is illegal to do that.

@Carlos4679 It is possible that the guest used a stolen credit card for their stay. In such circumstances Airbnb will refund the owner of the card and, according to their Ts&Cs will reclaim the money from the host. When they cancelled the guest you really should have removed said guest immediately.

Based on the above it is the guest who has committed fraud not Airbnb.
