When trying to add a payout method, we are prompted that we need to contact Airbnb to add one. We've had about 20 reservations worth about $10,000 that Airbnb has not paid us for, and we are fearful that we will never get paid. Every time we call, we are told that the "specialized team" is handling the case and that we need to wait for them to respond. Has this happened to anyone else and why does this "specialized team" work out of a vacuum?
