Air bnb has given me the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’m a bartender so I know what bad is. My sheets have yellow stains on them. The toilet has no toilet paper. After waiting in the rain for 45 minutes we were met by a guy who said he hadn’t been to the house in weeks and we watched him set up things as we just stood there. I’m telling customer service my very simple issues and they do not care. I’ve been transferred 4 times in 24 hours. I’ve called and they say your agent messaging you is the only one who can help.
I‘ve been a customer for 6 years now and after this I’m convinced they do not care at all about their customers.. just their hard earned money.
