I understand that you're looking for a filter that specifically shows listings where previous guests would not have brought pets. I can imagine that, if a guest is perhaps allergic to pet hair, such a filter would be very useful. My guess is that it may not be practical for Airbnb to insert the filter because hosts have to accept service animals and (in some cases) support animals. Here's the text:
You must allow service animals to accompany guests while they’re staying on your property unless you are granted an exemption. You can’t charge the guest a pet fee. You also can’t charge additional fees, unless they generally apply to all guests.
Some guests may travel with emotional support animals, which are different from service animals. You can charge fees for emotional support animals, except in places where laws may not allow it, such as New York state and California.
If a "no pet" filter were inserted, it could perhaps only apply to the small number of listings that were "granted an exemption" as stated above. The exemption is as follows:
If a Host is unable to host service animals for reasons such as the animal would pose a direct threat to the health and safety of a permanent resident at their home, Hosts may be granted an exemption if they notify us proactively.
