Hi @Abderrahim47

Congrats on getting your camp listed, that’s a big step already. From experience, the main things Airbnb usually looks for are clarity and completeness rather than perfection.

I’d suggest double-checking a few basics:

Clear, well-lit photos that show all key areas of the camp

A detailed description explaining what guests should expect (especially amenities, sleeping setup, and any limitations)

House rules that are clear but friendly

Accurate location info and check-in instructions

If you’d like, you can share specific questions or mention what you’re unsure about, and the community can give more targeted feedback. Happy to help where I can, base on what I’ve seen over the years.

Best of luck with your listing!

Hi @Abderrahim47,

Welcome to hosting, and congratulations on your new desert camp  it sounds like a beautiful and peaceful place with a really unique atmosphere.

Since you’re new, here are a few things that can help your listing attract the right guests:

• Highlight what makes the experience special
People love desert stays for the silence, stars, and cultural atmosphere. Make sure these stand out in your photos and first lines of your description.

• Add clear information about transportation
A lot of guests worry about how to reach remote places. If you can explain the options clearly, it helps build confidence.

• Show the comfort level
Even in a desert camp, guests want to know about beds, bathrooms, electricity, meals, and what’s included.

• Use warm, honest photos
Sunset, night sky, tents, shared areas  these visuals make guests dream about the experience.

• Set expectations clearly
Let guests know what is “authentic desert life” so there are no surprises.

Your place sounds wonderful, and with a bit of clarity and good storytelling, you should attract the right travelers. If you want to share more details or have a specific question, feel free to post it here  happy to help where I can.

@Selome0 Thank you very much for your kind words and valuable advice. I truly appreciate the time you took to guide me, and I will definitely follow these recommendations to improve my listing and attract the right travelers. Your support means a lot, and I’m really grateful for your help. Thanks again!

There is one important thing to notice:

Your listing seems to offer rooms in a larger "hotel-like" accommodation

(16+ guests, 11 bedrooms, 3 beds, 11 bathrooms)

You need to create a listing for each room (or a combinaton of rooms or even the whole place, but then link all the calenders:  https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1864)

Now: if one room is booked, those dates on the listing calender show occupied and nobody else can book.

@Emiel1 “At the beginning, I thought that anyone could make a booking, so I believed this would bring me many reservations. I wasn’t aware that the correct process was different. I would really appreciate your help and guidance, as I’m still at the beginning.”

@Abderrahim47

Welcome!

@Joan2709 Thank you very much for your kind message and helpful advice. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’ll make sure to double-check these points. Thanks again for the support!
