Possible Issues with Guests

Hello!

We are going away on holidays and are thinking about offering our new home as an airbnb. We have hosted in our previous home however my husband is a little concerned about the possibility that guests may stay and not leave our house after their time is finished. Has anyone had any experience or have any advice with regards to this?

@Nicole2604 you will need someone to check property after guests have left. Some guests leave fans on, doors open or unlocked, windows,  lights, heaters... never a good idea to not have a local contact. Also less stressful if something goes wrong mid stay.
