Pricing in the country with other unique airbnbs near us

We have a new airbnb but it is a century home built in the 1880's so its a neat stay. Pricing is tough because other surrounding BnB's are also unique but much different that us. And we are out in the country, near the Amish and a local destination that people visit, How would you price us?

It's really up to you as the host to decide on your pricing. The vast majority here won't live in your location so won't know what you should charge.

base your pricing on the profit you want to make after your fixed and variable costs in line with what those with similar listings on your area charge @Crys816
