Professional Airbnb guidelines design

Hi everyone. I've noticed that in many cases when I travel, I don't receive any info or get any guidelines from hosts, before my arrival.

Now, I am host also, and I decided to create and design a professional guidelines for all my guests, so I can send it after they booked my place. This way is more professional and it is level up, as my guest told me.

What are your experiences?

This is surely a good idea to provide guidelines to guests for their stay and seems your guests appreciate it too. 

Are there any specific tools that you use to create such content that you would like to share with other Hosts?

Hi. Thank you for your response. I've used Canva, and put all important information inside. It came out very well, and after 5 months as a host, today I have become Super host. Cheers 🥂

Thanks for coming back and letting us know. I have used Canva for creating banners and related things previously, and it has always been super-easy to use.

I use the Airbnb Visitor guide on my listing and also have a house guide that I send guests in advance of their stay and have a paper copy at the listing @Marko304
