Question about existing bookings and tourist license process

Hello everyone, I would really appreciate your advice.

I am currently in the process of obtaining my tourist license and registering my property on the official short-term rental platform in Spain.

In the meantime, I already have existing reservations until the end of July, and even for September and October.

Could you please tell me what happens with my existing reservations if I have not yet received the license?

What steps should I take to make sure I can at least host the guests who have already booked?

This is an excellent question for the government agency processing your permits. They would know if it is OK or not to continue hosting while the permit is in process. It is different in different locations, I've found
