RESERVATIONS WAY DOWN EVEN FROM 2021

Hello Hosts- ive had the worst spring yet with lack of reservations at my downtown home in Nashville (takes 8)...then I realized my location had fallen off after 5 years!  took a week to get help from support on this and 4 phone calls plus messages...then on page 1!  now im on page 14 out of 15 again and still no addl  reservations since late March!...i also have a promotion on that only garnered 35 views after 5 weeks!  that;s terrible!

Need advise...i am very concerned ..i understand there may be less interest in US travel...Help please!

@Pat235 we had a lack of bookings so we reduced the min stay over high season for 7 to 4 nights, put up the nightly price and added a larger discount for stays of a week or more. Within 2 days we had an 8 night and a 4 night booking. I have no idea if it was a coincidence!
