Reclining Sofa/Love Seat Vs. Regular Sofa/Love Seat

I was just curious if anybody prefers reclining sofa/love seat or regular sofa/love seat in their living room?  I do host families and dogs.

@Debra512   Do you intend to allow extra guests to sleep on the sofa?  I do not put recliners or reclining sofas or sofas with the chaise lounge in any of my properties because I do not want extra guests sleeping on the living room furniture.  Recliners equal trouble IMO.
