Referring 4 new guests to airbnb

Hi,

I been using airbnb  regularly over the last eight years.

I've enjoyed staying in various places throughout the UK and feel that I've been a significant guest.

I've recently recommended four other people to use airbnb in the UK through a friend of mine who has booked them into  various  accomodation and scenic   locations in Scotland towards the end of this month.

But when i politely requested a voucher for doing so was messaged they are no longer available.

This is really disappointing and I wondered if anyone else has had this experience.
