Refund for one aircon unit not working

Hi please could you help me. I have a villa in Spain with 4 aircon units and two fans. One of the aircon units started blowing out warm air even though I had had them maintained. I’ve got an aircon guy going in to put a new aircon unit in and despite a very prompt and helpful service the guest messaged me constantly so I went for a whole night without sleep - what sort of refund do you think they deserve

@Lynda397 I had similar issue but with my hot water. My control panel had a bad breaker causing hot water to be intermittent (plenty in the morning, none midday, maybe some at night). I am refunding $25/person/day. I did the math, and if they had to rent a hotel room to shower, that's close to what it would've cost them. Fortunately, my guests have been super understanding.
