Refund involve airbnb

Hi

Does anyone know how I can raise a refund related claim with airbnb directly.

my host said airbnb has issued a refund but I didnt get my refund it has been more than 25 days

I suspect that this happens a lot.

I sent my guest a partial refund and she didn’t receive it until long after she checked out.

She was irritated when she checked out and Airbnb had not refunded her yet (rightfully so).

She gave me a bad review for value based on not receiving her refund when she expected it. 

Request to have your case escalated.
